TARP IG: Funds Unlikely to be Repaid

Special Inspector General of the Troubled Asset Relief Program Neil Barofsky released a report saying it was "extremely unlikely" the gov't would receive a full repayment on loans. The Congressional Oversight Panel heard the Treasury Depts. response to the report.
