In this week’s Question Time, British Prime Minister answered numerous questions on his climate change proposals, and on the government’s devolution plan for Northern Ireland police and judicial functions. He was also asked about UK troops and Afghan President Hamid Karzai. This was the first Question Time since returning from a recess.
